While the overall atmosphere felt a bit unwelcoming, which might be due to cultural differences or simply a rough day for the staff, I was happy to purchase a few sweet treats. Despite the initial vibe, the lady at the front did recommend a pasty when I asked about her favorite item, which I appreciated. Thank you for the treats, and I hope things improve for everyone.

this bakery is a must go! their baked goods are beyond delicious, tamales are fresh, staff is friendly, and everything is extremely reasonably priced. You can absolutely taste the love and family in each bite.

Love the bread from this panadería. I don’t live nearby, but I still find myself making the trip every now and then. Panadería Rosales in Denver is absolutely worth it.

By far my favorite Panaderia in Colorado for the last 13 years. The bread is spectacular especially their Conchas. We also buy their Ham and Cheese Tortas pretty often and they are our favorite!

About as old school as it gets for Denver bakeries. Love to chop it up with La Jefa in front to get the low down on the history and good eats. The sheer variety of items is awesome. Conchas, churros, cookies, turnovers, TRES LECHES! they have it all and at great prices. Definitely come out and support this local legend

Cool, bright and delicious little panadaria! The mantecadas were moist and delicious! Also had a taste fried tortilla with cinnamon and sugar...yum!

I was transported instantly to Mexico when I walked in the door, loved it! Service was great, I purchased a variety of 13 different items for a Mexican themed dinner and they were all authentically wonderful! This place is a gem.
